I have problems in knowing the time signature in a musical scale or even in music generally..?
I have problems with minor scales and how to to construct them...?

Scales can be written without a time signature, or can be written in any time signature that would fit the duration of the notes.
Time signature can seem kinda confusing but its pretty easy once you figure it out.The top number is number of beats in a measure and the bottom number is what kind of notes. So in 4/4 time there is 4 quarter notes in a measure.Hope this helps
