Using Diatonic Chords in Guitar Playing

How do you use the diatonic chord theory in guitar?

1 Answer

Diatonic chords are just chords that are included in the scale that you are using. So if the song you are playing on the guitar is in C major, than the chords will normally be diatonic to the C major scale. Look to the right to the links where the scales are listed and you can see which chords are diatonic to which scale. ====>
