What note receives one beat in 3/4
I believe the answer to your question is the quarter note. In a 3/4 time signature there are 3 beats per measure and the quarter note gets the beat.
Sorry, could you expand on that a little? If you are asking about the emphasis on the timing? If you are, the one is the down beat and the two and three are the up beats. So it would be
