How to make a diminished 3rd with B on the bottom?

How do you make a diminished 3rd with the lower note as B?

They say that the lower note is not always the key of the interval, and the workbook said to make a dim 3rd with the bottom note as B, but I don't know where and how to start. Can anybody help me? PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

A diminished third is typically a minor third that's been lowered one half step. So if a minor third up from B is D, a diminished third would be Db.

--vextab options space=20 tabstave notation=true tablature=false key=C notes B/4 D@/5 options space=25 --vextab

Hope that helps!
